INGREDIENTS:

 

  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup roasted peanuts
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

STEP BY STEP:

 

  1. Put sugar, milk and butter together in a sauce pan. Place on fire and boil to 234 degrees F., stirring constantly. Let the mixture cool off, and add the flavoring. Beat until creamy.
  2. Put the mixture in a buttered pan. Sprinkle with the roasted peanuts, whole or chopped.
  3. When the fudge is entirely cold, cut in squares.
