Peanut Butter Fudge Ice Cream Pie

Ingredients

1 graham cracker crust
1 quart vanilla ice cream

1/2 cup peanut butter

Hot fudge topping

 

 

Instructions
Soften ice cream and beat in the peanut butter until thoroughly mixed. Layer half the ice cream in the crust. Drizzle with hot fudge. Layer remaining ice cream on top and drizzle with more hot fudge. Place in freezer for 30 minutes. Remove from freezer, cover with foil and return to freezer until ready to use. Take out 15 minutes before serving for easier cutting.
