Parmsean Chicken Fingers

Ingredients

  • 6 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 1-1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 cup seasoned bread crumbs
  • 1 tsp salt
  • oil for frying
  • 1/2 cup of parmasean
  1. Cut the chicken into 1/2 inch strips; place in a large resealable plastic bag
  2. Combine egg, buttermilk, and garlic powder; pour over chicken
  3. Seal and refrigerate for 2 to 4 hours
  4. In another large resealable plastic bag, combine four, bread crumbs, parmasean cheese, salt and baking powder
  5. Drain chicken, discarding buttermilk mixture
  6. Place chicken in the bag with the flour mixture; seal and shake to coat
  7. In an electric skillet heat oil to 375ยบ
  8. Fry the chicken in batches for 4 to 5 minutes or until golden brown
