Parmesan Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 1/2 Cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon freshly-ground pepper
  • 5 medium potatoes, scrubbed and cut into 1/4-inch slices
  • 1/4 cup + 2 tablespoons butter
  1. Combine first 4 ingredients, stirring well.
  2. Dredge potatoes in flour mixture. Layer sliced potatoes in 2-quart baking dish, dotting each layer with butter.
  3. Bake at 400º for 1 hour.
