- 1/2 Cup Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1/8 teaspoon freshly-ground pepper
- 5 medium potatoes, scrubbed and cut into 1/4-inch slices
- 1/4 cup + 2 tablespoons butter
- Combine first 4 ingredients, stirring well.
- Dredge potatoes in flour mixture. Layer sliced potatoes in 2-quart baking dish, dotting each layer with butter.
- Bake at 400º for 1 hour.
