Overnight Crock-Pot Stew

Ingredients

  • 3 lbs. boneless roast
  • 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can beef bouillon soup
  • 1 can water
  • Dash garlic powder
  • Dash pepper
  • Dash oregano
  • 2 TBS. soy sauce
  • 8 potatoes (chunked)
  • 4 carrots (sliced)
  • 4 stalks celery (sliced)
  • 1 large onion (diced)
  • 1 can golden mushroom soup and 1 can water
  • 1 can tomato soup and 1 can water
  1. Combine the first 7 ingredients in crock pot and let cook on low overnight
  2. In the morning add: 8 potatoes (chunked), 4 carrots (sliced), 4 stalks celery (sliced), 1 large onion (diced),1 can golden mushroom soup and 1 can water, 1 can tomato soup and 1 can water
  3. Cook throughout day until vegetables are tender.
