Oven-Roasted Herbed Potatoes with Gravy

3 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 teaspoon dried thyme leaves, crushed
1/4 teaspoon pepper
4 medium potatoes (about 1 1/4 pounds), sliced 1/4 inch thick (about 4 cups)
1 jar (12 ounces) Franco-American® Roasted Chicken Gravy
1. In medium bowl mix oil, thyme and pepper. Stir in potatoes until well coated.
2. In 15- by 10-inch jelly roll pan, arrange potatoes in single layer. Bake at 400ºF. for 20 minutes. Turn potatoes. Bake 15 minutes more or until browned.
3. In small saucepan over medium heat, heat gravy. Serve over potatoes. Serves 4.
