Oven Puff Pancake


2 eggs

1/2 c. all-purpose flour

1/2 c. milk

1/4 c. margarine/butter

Pie filling




Beat eggs well, add flour and milk. Beat until smooth. In a 9 inch pie pan, heat butter for 2-3 minutes or until it sizzles. Pour batter over melted butter. Do Not Stir. Bake at 425 degrees for 20 minutes. While it is baking, warm pie filling. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
