1 tablespoon vegetable oil
2 cups broccoli flowerets
1/4 cup green or red pepper cut into 2-inch-long strips
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
1 can (10 1/2 ounces) Franco-American® Chicken Gravy
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 1/2 cups cubed cooked chicken
3 cups hot cooked rice
1. In medium skillet over medium heat, heat oil. Add broccoli, pepper and ginger and cook until tender-crisp.
2. Add gravy, soy and chicken. Heat through. Serve over rice. Serves 3.
