Orange Cream Cheese Frosting
1 stick (8 Tbsp.) butter, softened
8-ounce package cream cheese, softened
1 teaspoon freshly grated orange zest
1 teaspoon vanilla
4 cups confectioners’ sugar
With the whisk attachment of an electric mixer, beat the butter until smooth. Add the cream cheese, zest and vanilla and beat until smooth. Gradually beat in the sugar, beating and scraping the bowl until smooth.
