Ice 2-layer cake smooth with chocolate buttercream. To darken, add additional squares of unsweetened chocolate and 1/2 Tbsps. of milk until desired color is reached.
Use 2nd smallest size oval pan to mark oval on cake top. Write Tip 3 message. Pipe Tip 127 half roses. Add Tip 8 sepals, calyxes and outline stems. Add Tip 3 outline thorns and leaf stems. Pipe Tip 70 leaves.
Imprint ovals on sides. Dot mark area between ovals in half. Inside ovals (approximately 1/2 in.) mark rose stems. Pipe Tip 101 half roses. Trim with Tip 65 leaves. Outline stems with Tip 3.
Connect oval shapes with Tip 104 ruffle garlands. Edge garlands and outline ovals with Tip 4 beads.
Pipe bead borders-Tip 8 around top, Tip 10 at base. Add Tip 127 ruffle borders. Edge ruffles with Tip 4 beads.
