One-Pan Glazed Vegetables & Roast Beef

1 can (10 1/4 ounces) Franco-American® Beef Gravy
6 medium carrots (about 1 pound), cut into 2-inch pieces
3 stalks celery, cut into 2-inch pieces
3 medium potatoes (about 1 pound), cut into quarters
3 1/2- to 4-pound boneless beef round or eye of the round roast
1. In roasting pan, mix carrots, celery, potatoes and gravy. Place roast on vegetables.
2. Roast at 350ºF. for 1 hour to 1 hour 15 minutes or until thermometer reads 155ºF., stirring vegetables occasionally. Serves 8.
