Omelet With Green Chiles


10 eggs
1/2 lb. each Jack and Cheddar cheese, diced
1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. melted butter or margarine
1/2 pt. sour cream
4 oz. chopped chiles
1 tsp. baking powder



Beat eggs. Sift baking powder into flour. Blend flour, margarine, chiles, cheese and sour cream with eggs. Pour into 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes
