Ole Ray’s Apple/Cinnamon Chicken

- Ole Ray’s Rubb-It Dry Rub and Marinade
- Ole Ray’s Apple/Cinnamon BBQ Sauce
Sprinkle chicken parts with salt, pepper and Ole Ray’s Rubb-It Dry Rub and Marinade. Coat skillet with oil and braise chicken parts until lightly browned. Remove chicken and place in baking dish. Baste heavily with Ole Ray’s Apple/Cinnamon BBQ Sauce. Cover and place in a pre-heated 350 degree oven for 30-35 minutes. Hint: Add a little brandy to sauce for Brandied Apple/Cinnamon Chicken.
