Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Bars
1 Sara Lee Pound Cake (10.75 oz.), thawed
1 cup quick-cooking oatmeal
3/4 cup packed light brown sugar
1/2 cup butter or margarine, softened
3/4 cup chocolate chips
Heat oven to 400°F. Cut pound cake into 12 slices. Spray 13×9-inch pan with nonstick cooking spray. Place cake slices in bottom of pan. In medium bowl, combine oatmeal and brown sugar; mix well. Add butter and stir until mixture is crumbly. Evenly distribute mixture over cake and top with chocolate chips. Bake at 400°F. for 8-10 minutes or until lightly brown. 24 bars.
