Oatmeal Breakfast Cookies

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 1/2 cup oatmeal
  • 3/4 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1/4 cup wheat germ
  • 3/8 cup coconut shreds
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  1. Measure oil, then honey.
  2. Mix in remaining ingredients in order listed.
  3. Bake on greased cookie sheet at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.
