Not Your Grandma’s Pizza!


  • 1 Boboli Thin Crust
  • 1 8 oz. container Cream Cheese with Chives
  • 1 large dollop mayo
  • 1 sm. packet Hidden Valley Original Ranch dressing*
  • 1 10 oz. pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed
  • 1 2.9 oz. can Durkee’s French Fr. onions
  • 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack Cheese
  • Grated Parmesan Cheese
  1. Put cream cheese and mayo into small bowl and warm in microwave a few minutes, to soften. Add Ranch Dressing and mix well. Spread mixture onto Boboli
  2. Drain thawed spinach very well in a sieve, removing as much water as possible. Spread over the cream cheese mixture
  3. Sprinkle can of onions evenly over this
  4. Spread on shredded cheese, and sprinkle with Parmesan to taste
  5. Bake in a preheated 450F oven for about 10 mins., or until cheese melts
