No-Bake Graham Cracker Pie Crust

Ingredients

  • 1 c. Graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 c. melted butter
  • 3 Tbsp. powdered sugar
  • 1/4 tsp. plain gelatin (Knox)
  1. Crust: Roll graham crackers into crumbs. Add sugar, gelatin and butter and mix
  2. Reserve 2 Tbsp. for topping and press remainder in 9 in. pie pan and chill for about 15 minutes before filling.
