No-Bake Fresh Key Lime Pie
- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 4 egg yolks
- 4 oz. Florida Key West Key Lime Juice
- Combine milk and eggs. Slowly add juice. Mix thoroughly.
- Pour into 9″ Graham Cracker pie shell. Can be baked at 350º for 8 minutes for firmer filling.
- Refrigerate overnight. Top with whipped cream or meringue
