Never Fail Pie Crust

Ingredients

  • 3 cups flour
  • 1 egg
  • 5 tbsp cold water
  • 1 1/4 shortening
  • 1 tbsp vinegar
  • 1 dash salt
  1. Cut shortening into flour and salt
  2. Combine egg, vinegar and water in a cup. Pour into flour mixture Blend just until all flour is moistened
  3. Roll into 2 equal sized balls; roll out
