Nacho Cheese Soup


  • 1 bag of Fritos
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can cheddar or Fiesta soup
  • 1 can Rotel tomatoes
  • 1 soup can of milk
  • Cheddar cheese
  1. Cook the ground beef and chopped onion together until meat is brown. Drain. Add the soups, Rotel and milk. Heat until hot and bubbly
  2. Pour over the Fritos that have been placed in a large casserole dish. Sprinkle the amount of cheese that you desire on top
  3. Cook in 350° oven for 30 minutes
  4. If you want more heat, serve with Picante sauce or salsa
