Mustard Kohlrabi

Ingredients

  • 4 to 6 medium Kohlrabi
  • 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
  • 1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  1. Prepare and cook sliced Kohlrabi: Wash, pare and slice. Cook in 1-inch boiling salted water 25 minutes. Drain.
  2. Melt butter in medium frypan. Stir in mustard and salt.
  3. Add Kohlrabi and toss. Cook, turning slices until golden brown.
