Moussaka with sweet potato

Ingredients

750 g sweet potato
3 small zucchini
200 g feta cheese
500 g minced beef
2 tomatoes
2 medium onions
3 cloves garlic
salt, pepper, a pinch of oregano
minced sweet peppers
3 tablespoons minced parsley
oil
dressing:
2 eggs
150 ml cream
150 ml milk 

Instructions
Slice sweet potato and zucchini. Add a little salt. Fry chopped onion, add chopped tomatoes. Add minced meat and season with salt, pepper, oregano and parsley.
Arrange layers of sweet potatoes, meat and zucchini in the pan, sprinkle with feta cheese, then potatoes again. Add some water and oil, and bake covered for 40 min. Beat the eggs, cream, spices and milk. Pour over potatoes and bake uncovered to gain nice color.
