Mom’s Hunter Stew

Ingredients

  • 350 degrees 1-1/2 to 2 hrs
  • 1 lb. hamburger
  • 3-4 peeled potatoes-sliced like fried potatoes
  • 2 small cans Campbell’s vegetable beef soup
  • 1 can whole kernel corn
  1. Press hamburger in bottom of a casserole dish. Throw in potatoes. Add vegetable beef soup and top with corn.
  2. Cover tightly. Put in oven. Stir halfway through and salt and pepper
  3. Will be done when potatoes are done: 1-1/2 to 2 hrs.
