Minty Grasshopper Pie

Ingredients

  • 1 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 14 oz. can eagle brand condensed milk
  • green food coloring
  • 16 Keebler Grasshopper Fudge Mint cookies, coarsely crushed
  • 1 8 oz container cool-whip-thawed
  • 1 6 oz. chocolate pie crust
  1. With mixer, beat cream cheese until fluffy.
  2. Gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk until smooth. Stir in food coloring & crushed cookies. Fold in whipped topping.
  3. Pour into crust. Chill at least 3 hr.
  4. Garnish as desired with chocolate shavings, cookie pieces or mint leaves.
