- 1 cup coconut, grated
- 1 cup pineapple, crushed
- 1 cup pecans
- 8 ounces Cool Whip, thawed
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
- 2 9-inch pie crust, regular or graham
- Mix and pour into crusts and chill.
- Sprinkle some of the nuts on top for garnish.
