Mexican Soup

Ingredients

  • 1/4 yellow onion, chopped fine
  • 1/2 plum tomato
  • 1 clove garlic, chopped
  • Enough chicken soup base mix for 1 quart liquid
  • S&p, to taste
  • 1/2 lb. small pasta, I use lil flowers shapes
  • 1 tbl. oil
  1. Put onion, garlic, tomato and 1 c. water in a blender, and blend. Add mix, and blend.
  2. In a medium pot, brown pasta in oil. Add vegetables and 3 Cups water
  3. Cook till noodles are soft.
