Mexican Pizzas

Ingredients

  • 4 fat-free tortillas (12-inches)
  • 1 can (16-inches) fat-free refried beans
  • 1 cup salsa
  • 2 medium plum tomatoes, diced
  • 1 can (4-ounces) chopped green chilies, drained
  • 1/2 cup chopped green pepper
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1 can (2-1/4 ounces) sliced ripe olives, drained
  • 1 cup reduced-fat shredded cheddar cheese
  1. Place tortillas on two ungreased baking sheets; spread with beans
  2. Layer with salsa, tomatoes, chilies, green pepper, onion, olives and cheese
  3. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes or until the cheese is melted
