Mexican Haystack

Ingredients

2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese,

softened

3 tbsp. of mayonnaise

8 green onions, chopped

1 green pepper, chopped

1 tbsp. of Worcestershire sauce

1 tsp. of garlic powder

1 dash of Tabasco sauce

Salt and pepper

2 c. of ham, shredded

12 med. flour tortillas

1/2 c. walnuts, chopped

Fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

Mix everything together up to the ham – stir well. Add ham. Start layering with a tortilla on the bottom. Spread with ham mixture, then a tortilla, then ham mixture, etc. End with ham mixture, cover with walnuts and parsley for the very top. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour – then cut.
