Mexican Deviled Eggs

Ingredients

  • 8 hardboiled eggs
  • 1/2 cup cheddar shredded
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup salsa
  • 2 T sliced green onion
  • 1 T sour cream
  • salt to taste
  1. Slice eggs half lengthwise; remove yolks and set whites aside.
  2. Add next 6 ingredients.
  3. Evenly fill whites.
  4. Refrigerate.
