Bake and cool three 1-layer 8 in. cakes (2 in. high), one 1-layer 6 in. cake (trim to 1 1/2 in. high), one heart cake. Cut 6 in. and 8 in. cakes vertically in half. Ice area of cake board where cakes will be positioned. Ice the six 8 in. halves together, positioning on cut edge on iced board. Insert 2 dowel rods through cakes for stability. Seal cakes with a thin layer of buttercream. Cover with two pks. of fondant; smooth with Easy-Glide Smoothers. For neck of bottle cap, stack cut 6 in. rounds; position on cut edge on cake board. Ice together and cover with 1/3 pk. fondant, tinted sky blue. Score lines of cap with plastic ruler, 3/4 in. apart. For bottle nipple, ice heart cake heavily to achieve bottle nipple shape. Cover with yellow tinted fondant. Position rounded end up, on cake board. For message, roll a 3/8 in. diameter rope of pink fondant. Cut and shape fondant letters, brush lightly with water and attach to cake.
