Mediterranean Potato & Green Bean Salad

2 lbs. red potatoes, cut into bite-size pieces
1/2 lb. green beans, cut into 1-1/2-inch pieces
1 medium red bell pepper, chopped
3/4 cup Wish-Bone® Bountifuls® Tuscan Romano Basil Dressing
In 4-quart saucepot, cover potatoes with water, adding salt, if desired. Bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce heat to low and simmer 8 minutes. Add green beans and simmer 5 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Drain and rinse with cold water until completely cool.
In large bowl, combine all ingredients. Serve chilled or at room temperature and, if desired, on green leaf lettuce.
