Meat Loaf with a Twist

1 can (10 1/4 ounces) Franco-American® Creamy Mushroom Gravy
1 1/2 pounds ground beef
1/2 cup dry bread crumbs
1 egg, beaten
1/2 cup salsa
6 cups hot cooked mashed potatoes
1. Mix 1/4 cup gravy, beef, bread crumbs, egg and 1/4 cup salsa thoroughly. In baking pan shape firmly into 8- by 4-inch loaf.
2. Bake at 350ºF. for 1 1/4 hours or until meat loaf is no longer pink (160ºF.).
3. In small saucepan mix 2 tablespoons drippings, remaining gravy and remaining salsa. Heat through. Serve with meat loaf and potatoes. Serves 6
