Mashed Potatoes with Creamy Mushroom Gravy

1 can (10 1/4 ounces) Franco-American® Beef Gravy
1 1/2 cups sliced mushrooms (about 4 ounces)
1/2 cup sour cream
4 cups hot mashed potatoes
In medium saucepan mix gravy and mushrooms. Over medium heat, heat to a boil. Remove from heat. Stir in sour cream. Serve over potatoes. Serves 4.
TIP: In medium saucepan place 2 pounds potatoes, peeled and cut into 1-inch pieces. Cover with water. Add salt if desired. Over high heat, heat to a boil. Reduce heat to medium. Cover and cook 10 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Drain. Mash potato with 3/4 cup milk and 2 tablespoons margarine or butter.
TIP: Follow package directions on instant mashed potato flakes or buds to make 4 cups potatoes.
