Mashed Potatoes & Gravy

2 pounds potatoes, peeled and cut into 1-inch pieces*
3/4 cup milk
2 tablespoons margarine or butter
1 can (10 1/4 ounces) Franco-American® Beef Gravy
1. In medium saucepan place potatoes. Cover with water. Over high heat, heat to a boil. Reduce heat to medium. Cover and cook 10 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Drain. Mash potatoes with milk and margarine.
2. In small saucepan over medium heat, heat gravy. Serve with potatoes. Serves 4.
* Or use instant potato flakes or buds.
