1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup marsala wine
3 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon ginger
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
2 lb. chicken wings
In a large bowl with lid, or marinating dish, mix together all the ingredients except the chicken.
Take each chicken wing and cut off the smallest, pointed end and discard. Cut the rest of the chicken between the joints and add to the marinade. Stir to cover all of chicken.
Marinade overnight, stirring occasionally.
Place wings on large baking sheet, or broiling pan. Broil for about 15 minutes, turn and then broil for another 15 minutes until done.
You may also use an indoor grill for cooking the wings.
Serve alone or with desired sauce(s)
