Marinated Flank Steak

1 piece flank steak, size depending on servings desired (trim fat)
1/3 cup soy sauce
1/3 cup dry red wine
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1 clove garlic
This make 1 cup marinade.

Mix briskly with fork. Slice meat on the bias (diagonally) “against” the grain of meat. Put in shallow dish. Pour marinade over. Allow at least one hour (best done day before) Thread on wooden bamboo skewers. Broil about 4-5 minutes each side depending on how well done you like it.
