Marcella Wade Shriver’s Pea Salad
Ingredients
1 small can peas, drained
2 hard-boiled eggs, chopped or sliced
1 stick celery, chopped
about 1/4 head lettuce, torn in pieces
pinch of sugar
salt and pepper to taste
mayonnaise (enough to moisten)
Instructions
Mix all ingredients together. Just before serving all mayonnaise.
