Mandarin Orange Spice® Carrots
Here’s a way to give carrots a fun, new taste!
2 cups water
2 Mandarin Orange Spice® tea bags
4 cups carrots
Rind of 1/2 orange
2 Tbsp. Grand Marnier® liqueur
1 stick butter
Boil the water in a medium covered pot, then add tea bags and steep 4-6 minutes. Remove the tea bags, remembering to gently squeeze the remaining flavor from them before discarding. Steam carrots in the pot of tea until tender, then drain carrots and set aside. In the same pot, combine butter, orange rind and Grand Marnier and cook over low heat until the butter melts. Add carrots and serve.
