Macaroni Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 macaroni and cheese dinner
  • 1 heaping Tbsp. mayonnaise
  • sliced olives to taste
  • 1/2 c. celery
  • salt and pepper
  • onion powder
  • dill weed
  • celery seed
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  1. Cook noodles 8 to 10 minutes; drain. Add heaping tablespoon mayonnaise and cheese and stir to combine. Add to noodles and mix well, but gently.  Add olives and celery.
  2. Season with salt, pepper, onion powder, dill weed and celery salt.
  3. In a small bowl mix 1/2 cup mayonnaise, lemon juice and sugar.  Add to other ingredients.  Toss gently to mix.
  4. Chill.
