Macadamia White Chocolate Pie

Ingredients

  • 2 cups toasted and chopped macadamia’s
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
  1. Combine in a pie crust

Mix:

  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup white corn syrup
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  1. Mix and pour over nuts and chocolate, just like you would for a pecan pie.
  2. Bake at 325º for 30 minutes or until pie filling is set
  3. Cool pie before serving
