Macadamia Nut Pie

Ingredients

  • 7 eggs,slightly beaten
  • 3/4 cup melted butter
  • 3/4 cup honey
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup flaked coconut
  • 1 9″ pie shell
  • 1-1/2 cups chopped macadamia nuts
  • 1 cup heavy cream, whipped
  1. Mix eggs, butter, honey and sugar until smooth.
  2. Sprinkle coconut over pie shell; top with egg mixture. Sprinkle macadamia nuts over filling.
  3. Bake in pre-heated 325 F oven for 50 to 60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean
  4. Garnish with whipped cream
