Low-fat Lime Pie


  • 1 8-oz tub fat-free whipped topping
  • 1 14-oz can fat-free sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 6-oz can limeade concentrate, thawed
  • 2 to 3 dropps green food coloring
  • 1 low-fat graham cracker pie crust
  1. In a glass mixing bowl, combine the whipped topping and condensed milk; with a wire whisk, fold and blend the two together. Stir in the limeade concentrate
  2. Continue to blend, adding the food coloring one drop at a time until the color of green you desire
  3. Pour into pie shell.
  4. Chill at least 2 hours before serving
