Loin and Lobster

Smoke whole pork loin at 250º for 5 hours with apple wood, basting with Cookies Western Style Bar-B-Q Sauce the last 1½ hours. Smoke lobster at 250º for last 1½ hours and baste with Cookies Regular Bar-B-Q Sauce 10 minutes before serving.
Remember – “When it’s smokin it’s cookin and when it’s black it’s done.”
