1 can (10 1/2 ounces) Franco-American® Fat-Free Chicken Gravy
4 cups hot mashed potatoes*Directions
1. Mix flour, pepper and thyme on plate. Coat chicken with flour mixture.
2. Place chicken in 2-quart shallow baking dish. Pour gravy over chicken. Bake at 375ºF. for 1 hour or until chicken is no longer pink. Serve with potatoes. Serves 4.
*Prepared without salt, margarine, or butter.
