Kohlrabi And Carrot Bake

Ingredients

  • 2 c. kohlrabi, cubed and cooked
  • 2 c. carrots, sliced and cooked
  • 1/4 c. chopped onion
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • Dash of pepper
  • 1 1/2 c. milk
  • 1/4 c. parsley
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 3/4 c. soft bread crumbs
  • 1 Tbsp. butter, melted
  1. Melt butter in pan. Add flour, salt and pepper. Slowly, add milk, cook until thick and bubbly. Add lemon juice,
    parsley and vegetables. Pour into 1 quart casserole. Cover with buttered crumbs around edge.
  2. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.
