Kids Chicken Leg Quarters


  • 1 cut up fryer or Chicken leg quarters (strip off skin)
  • 1 pkg lipton onion soup mix
  • 1 10oz jar apricot preserve
  • 1 reg size bottle of Kens light Russian dressing
  1. Clean chicken and strip off skin, arrange in 9×13 pan.
  2. Mix together onion soup mix, apricot preserve, and russian dressing.
  3. Pour over chicken and bake 1hr in 350 oven.
  4. Serve with rice or noodles and a veggie.
