Kids Chicken Leg Quarters
- 1 cut up fryer or Chicken leg quarters (strip off skin)
- 1 pkg lipton onion soup mix
- 1 10oz jar apricot preserve
- 1 reg size bottle of Kens light Russian dressing
- Clean chicken and strip off skin, arrange in 9×13 pan.
- Mix together onion soup mix, apricot preserve, and russian dressing.
- Pour over chicken and bake 1hr in 350 oven.
- Serve with rice or noodles and a veggie.
