Katie’s Peach Nut Pie

Ingredients

  • 1 graham cracker crust
  • 2 cups peaches (fresh or frozen)
  • 1/3 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/4 cup pitted white cherries
  • 1/2 pint whipping cream (whipped)
  • 10 marshmallows (cut up)
  • 1/2 cup well chopped pecans
  • 1/4 cup orange juice
  1. Cut up marshmallows and soak in orange juice for 10 minutes
  2. Mix peaches, sugar, whipped cream, nuts and cherries
  3. Fold in marshmallows and orange juice
  4. Place mixture in graham cracker crust and chill for several hours before serving
