Karen’s Perfect Lemon Pie

Ingredients

  • 3 egg yolks
  • 1 14-0z. can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup real lemon juice concentrate
  • 1 8-inch graham cracker crust
  • 8 oz. non dairy whipped topping
  1. Preheat oven to 325
  2. Beat egg yolks with milk and lemon juice. Pour into crust and bake for 30 minutes
  3. Cool
  4. Spread with whipped topping
  5. Refrigerate
