Kahlua Pecan Pie

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 Tbs. flour
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 cup Kailua
  • 1/2 cup dark corn syrup
  • 3/4 cup evaporated milk
  • 1 cup whole or chopped pecans
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream, whipped
  • pecan halves
  1. Line 9″ pie plate with crust. Chill. Set oven to 400º
  2. Cream together butter, sugar, vanilla & flour Mix well. Stir in Kailua, corn syrup, evaporated milk & pecans. Mix well.
  3. Pour into pie shell. Bake 10 minutes
  4. Reduce temperature to 325º and continue baking till firm, about 40 minutes
