Jump Up & Kiss Me Grilled Hot Thighs

Ingredients

Ingredients:

  • 8 chicken thighs
  • 7 TBSĀ Jump Up & Kiss Me Original Hot Sauce
  • 2 medium garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 TBS fresh lime juice
  • 1/4 cup rum
  • 1/2 piece ginger root, finely chopped
  • 1/2 TBS coarse mustard
  • 1 TBS balsamic vinegar
  • 1 TBS olive oil

Directions:
Rinse the chicken and dry with a paper towel. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over chicken. Marinate and refrigerate for 3 hours. Return chicken to room temperature and grill over medium coals for about 30 minutes, turning the pieces after 15 minutes and basting them frequently. Serve immediately, or cold as picnic fare.
